Yummy ideas for bank holiday feasts
The August bank holiday is almost here so it's time to think about what we'll be eating, and lucky for us, there's some fabulous fish and shellfish about.
We've got luscious lobsters, monster 'gambas' prawns, local crabs, tasty tuna loin and some lovely fresh halibut, fantastic when cut into super big steaks - all perfect for a bank holiday barbecue (but great under the grill if the weather is naughty!)
